100% CAPACITY
Respace desks so 2.4m apart to ensure employees spaced 2m apart back to back
Add high screens between opposite desks and side to side
No requirement for clockwise corridor route
ROTA 1 (Assigned Desks) (Minimum Disruption)
Space employees 2m apart
Capacity at desks with minimal disruption (red dots) is 32/64 (50%)
Capacity at desks with screens added between opposite desks and side to side (blue dots) is 40/64 (62%)
Adopt ‘aeroplane behaviour’ when window seat, or end of desk run, person needs to get out as others will have to move to keep 2m apart
Create a clockwise one way corridor with people taking turns to go single file at two-way sections
Possibly remove meeting tables and provide lap top tables to increase capacity
NOTE: if desks are made non-assigned then the same desks can be used every day for different employees if cleaned every night. They can not be used by different employees throughout a day unless cleaned between Users
