Social Distancing Office layout
100% CAPACITY
- Respace desks so 2.4m apart to ensure employees spaced 2m apart back to back 
- Add high screens between opposite desks and side to side 
- No requirement for clockwise corridor route 
ROTA 1 (Assigned Desks) (Minimum Disruption)
- Space employees 2m apart 
- Capacity at desks with minimal disruption (red dots) is 32/64 (50%) 
- Capacity at desks with screens added between opposite desks and side to side (blue dots) is 40/64 (62%) 
- Adopt ‘aeroplane behaviour’ when window seat, or end of desk run, person needs to get out as others will have to move to keep 2m apart 
- Create a clockwise one way corridor with people taking turns to go single file at two-way sections 
- Possibly remove meeting tables and provide lap top tables to increase capacity 
NOTE: if desks are made non-assigned then the same desks can be used every day for different employees if cleaned every night. They can not be used by different employees throughout a day unless cleaned between Users
ROTA 2 (Assigned Desks) (Minimum Disruption)
- Alternative desks can be used for a second rota 
- Capacity at desks with minimal disruption (red dots) is 32/64 (50%)
